Privacy policy

Information, choices, cookies, and how to contact Crete Built about your privacy.

Effective date: November 1, 2026.

This notice explains information associated with cretebuilt.com and website project inquiries. Contact print@cretebuilt.com with privacy questions or requests. Share only the information needed for your inquiry.

1. Information associated with the website

The current service pages provide company and project information and email inquiry links. An email link opens your email application; you choose what to include and whether to send the message. The service pages do not provide a public customer account, an online payment checkout, or a document upload portal.

An inquiry may contain your name, business, email address, telephone number, project location, intended use, dimensions, schedule, budget, drawings, photographs, scans, or other information you choose to provide. Correspondence may also include follow up communications and information needed to prepare a proposal or arrange a project.

Website hosting, security, and administration can involve technical request information, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, referring pages, and diagnostic or security events. The information available depends on the services and settings in use.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate feasibility and requested services, prepare proposals, communicate with project participants, administer agreed work, maintain business records, operate and troubleshoot the website, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal requirements. A project agreement may address additional project specific information handling.

Do not send Social Security numbers, payment card details, health information, identification documents, or personal information unrelated to the project through an initial inquiry. Arrange an appropriate secure transfer and confidentiality process before sending proprietary, sensitive, or restricted project information.

2. Service providers and other disclosures

Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, security, technical administration, email delivery, document handling, or other requested business services. These services can process information needed to perform their functions under their applicable arrangements and information practices.

Relevant inquiry or project information may be provided to personnel, professional advisers, consultants, or project participants as needed to assess or deliver the work you request. Disclosures may also be made where legally required, to address suspected fraud or misuse, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards and law.

This notice does not authorize unrelated publication of your project files. Discuss any project confidentiality restrictions before sharing restricted information. We do not represent that every provider or recipient processes information in the same geographic location.

3. Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, whether an inquiry becomes a project, contractual requirements, applicable legal and accounting obligations, dispute or claim needs, and operational record management. Different categories of information may have different retention periods. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion where applicable.

No website, email service, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. HTTPS protects supported communications with the website in transit; it does not make every email, attached document, or downstream service confidential or risk free. Please report suspected misuse or an unexpected request for sensitive information to print@cretebuilt.com.

Do not transmit funds or change payment instructions based only on a website message or an unexpected email. Verify material payment instructions through an independently established business contact.

4. Privacy questions, rights, and choices

Depending on where you live, the information involved, and whether a privacy law applies to the business and request, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. Legal exceptions and verification requirements may apply.

To make a request, email print@cretebuilt.com with the subject Privacy Request. Describe the request and the relationship or correspondence that helps identify the relevant information. Do not attach sensitive identity documents to the initial request. We may need reasonable additional information to verify authority and protect against disclosure to the wrong person.

Where applicable law provides an appeal from a privacy request decision, send an email to the same address with the subject Privacy Appeal and identify the decision. Applicable statutory response periods, appeal procedures, opt out requirements, and rights to contact a regulator remain available where the law applies. Nothing in this notice limits a nonwaivable privacy right.

You can choose not to send an inquiry, limit the details you provide, and manage website cookies through your browser. If you receive optional marketing correspondence, use the instructions in that message or contact us to request that it stop. Operational communications about an active inquiry or project may still be necessary.

5. Cookies and website technology

The website uses WordPress and related website software. Cookies or similar browser storage may support administration, authentication, security, and installed website functionality. Information a browser sends with a request can also be processed by the hosting and security services.

You can inspect, block, or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking some storage may affect administration or particular website functions. Email applications, external websites, and services you choose to use have separate information practices.

With your permission, these service pages use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and clicks on Crete Built email inquiry links. The Google tag loads only after you select Accept analytics. Reject analytics leaves it blocked. Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or withdraw your choice. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months; clearing browser storage resets it.

When you accept, Google may receive browser and device details, network information including your IP address, page titles and paths, visit times, and email inquiry click events. Analytics uses identifiers and first party cookies such as _ga and _ga_S0K8YMP6KN to distinguish visits. This installation sets the analytics cookie lifetime to six months. Query strings, email message contents, drawings, and inquiry attachments are not intentionally sent by this installation. An email click indicates interest; it does not confirm that an inquiry was sent.

Advertising storage, advertising personalization, advertising user data, and Google signals are disabled in this installation. Google processes analytics data under its applicable terms and privacy practices and may process it outside your location. Read Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics does not prevent you from viewing these pages or emailing us. Withdrawal blocks further measurement in this browser and attempts to remove this site’s analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. Contact print@cretebuilt.com about an applicable privacy request.
