Website notices / Crete Built

Website terms & conditions

Clear boundaries for website information, project inquiries, intellectual property, and accessibility.

Effective date: November 1, 2026.

These terms address use of cretebuilt.com. Project scope, prices, design responsibilities, warranties, and construction obligations belong in the accepted written proposal or project agreement. A website inquiry alone does not book work or create a project contract.

1. Website use and intellectual property

You may browse this website, link to its public pages, and use the information to evaluate Crete Built services. Crete Built names, logos, original text, design material, and images are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Other marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Do not copy or republish substantial website content, use the Crete Built brand to imply an endorsement, or commercially exploit designs or images without permission from the applicable rights holder. A public concept rendering does not grant a license to construct or reproduce that design.

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, malicious code, unauthorized access, interference with service, or extraction of private information. Automated access must respect applicable law, access restrictions, and reasonable technical limits.

2. Project and technical information

Website information is general and may change. Product descriptions, concept images, potential applications, and process summaries are not project specific engineering designs, specifications, bids, or guarantees of feasibility, price, schedule, performance, savings, or regulatory approval.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, architectural renderings are concepts rather than representations of completed Crete Built projects. Availability, dimensions, finishes, materials, production methods, delivery, and installation requirements must be confirmed for each project.

Structural concrete and printing

Printed components must be coordinated with the complete structure, including foundations, reinforcement, connections, openings, utilities, waterproofing, insulation, roofs, and finishes as applicable. Qualified professionals and the relevant authorities determine design, testing, inspection, and permitting requirements. Do not rely on website content to make a structural or construction decision.

Steel microfiber reinforcement

Steel fibers may supplement or replace conventional reinforcement only where the specific product, mix, element, loading, testing, engineering design, and applicable approvals support that use. The website does not authorize a generic substitution of fibers for reinforcing bars, mesh, anchors, connections, or other required details.

Marine and coastal applications

Reef components, shoreline protection, and other marine work require assessment of site conditions, material exposure, engineering, environmental requirements, placement, and applicable approvals. Habitat recovery and erosion reduction are project objectives, not guaranteed outcomes.

Hydrodemolition and site work

Hydrodemolition, lifting, erection, bracing, and concrete construction require qualified personnel, appropriate equipment, work planning, and site controls. Website descriptions are not operating instructions or a substitute for a project safety plan.

3. Inquiries, proposals, and materials you share

Contacting Crete Built or receiving an acknowledgment does not by itself accept an order, reserve equipment or labor, establish a delivery date, or create a professional advisory relationship. Work proceeds under an accepted written scope and the applicable project agreement with the identified contracting entity and its authorized representatives.

Provide accurate information and share only material you are entitled to provide. You retain ownership of drawings, scans, photographs, and other materials you submit. You authorize their reasonable use to assess the inquiry, communicate with you, and prepare the requested project response. This does not grant a general license to publish your materials.

Before sending confidential designs, proprietary information, sensitive site data, or restricted files, arrange appropriate confidentiality terms and a secure transfer method. Sending an unsolicited email does not itself create a nondisclosure agreement. Information handling is also described in our Privacy Policy.

A project agreement controls over inconsistent general website statements concerning that project. These website terms do not replace agreed product or workmanship warranties, insurance requirements, payment terms, or mandatory legal protections.

4. Website limitations and legal rights

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but errors, omissions, interruptions, and changes may occur. Confirm information material to your decision directly with Crete Built. To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is provided as available without a warranty that it is complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular project.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crete Built is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or inability to access the website. This website notice does not limit a liability, consumer remedy, warranty, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and does not alter liability established in a project agreement.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their owners control their content and information practices; a link does not necessarily imply endorsement. Review the terms and privacy notices of any external service you choose to use.

Questions about permitted use or a material error should be sent to print@cretebuilt.com. Applicable law governs where no valid project agreement provides otherwise. These terms do not impose a separate arbitration requirement or waive nonwaivable statutory rights.

5. Accessibility and assistance

We aim to make information about Crete Built accessible. If a page, link, image, or other feature creates a barrier, email print@cretebuilt.com with the page address and a description of the issue. Tell us what alternative format or assistance would help; do not include sensitive medical information.

You can also use that address to request project information without relying on a particular website feature. This statement is an invitation to report barriers, not a claim of certified compliance with a particular accessibility standard.
